【摘要】 目的探讨奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌的w临床效果及不良反应。方法将86例晚期胃癌患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予奥沙利铂130 mg/m2静脉滴注,第1天,替吉奥40 mg/m2,2次/d,口服,第1~14天,21 d为1个周期;对照组给予奥沙利铂85 mg/m2静脉滴注,第1天,氟尿嘧啶400 mg/m2静脉推注,第1~2天,氟尿嘧啶600 mg/m2持续泵入22 h,第1~2天,亚叶酸钙200 mg/m2静脉滴注2 h,第1~2天,14 d为1个周期。2个周期后评价疗效及不良反应。结果观察组和对照组的有效率分别为52.3%、47.6%,疾病控制率分别为81.8%、78.6%,两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组不良反应主要为骨髓抑制,胃肠道反应及外周神经毒性。观察组胃肠道反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌效果确切,耐受性良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical effect and safety of oxaliplatin combined with gimeracil and oteracil potassium capsule in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods 86 patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into observation group and control group.The intravenous infusion of oxaliplatin at 130 mg/m2 on the first day and orally taken gimeracil and oteracil potassium capsule at 40 mg/m2 two times per day for 14 days,every 21 days as a cycle were used in observation group.The intravenous infusion of oxaliplatin at 85 mg/m2 on the first day,the intravenous infusion of 5-Fu 400 mg/m2 and the continuous pumping of 5-Fu 600 mg/m2 for 22 hours on the first and second days,the intravenous infusion of CF 200 mg/m2 for 2 hours on the first and second days,every 14 days as a cycle were applied in control group.The efficacy and adverse reaction were evaluated after 2 cycles. Results The response rate of observation group and control group was 52.3% and 47.6% respectively,the disease control rate of observation group and control group was 81.8% and 78.6% respectively,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).The main side reactions of the two groups were myelosuppression,gastrointestinal adverse reactions and peripheral nerve toxicity.The incidence rate of gastrointestinal adverse reaction in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Oxaliplatin combined with gimeracil and oteracil potassium capsule in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer shows accurate efficacy,has good tolerance.更多还原
