【摘要】 目的比较TST加微创手工处理术和传统外剥内扎术治疗环状混合痔的临床效果,探讨临床有效治疗环状混合痔的手术方法,为环状混合痔的临床治疗和相关研究提供借鉴、依据。方法选取2010年12月~2012年4月本院收治的环状混合痔患者172例为研究对象,将患者随机分为TST手术组和传统手术组,每组各86例,分别实施TST加微创手工处理术和传统外剥内扎术,比较两组的临床疗效、住院时间、住院费用。结果 TST手术组中,痊愈82例(95.35%),显效3例(3.49%),有效1例(1.16%),无效0例,传统手术组中,痊愈71例(82.56%),显效13例(15.12%),有效2例(2.32%),无效0例,TST手术组的治疗效果优于传统手术组,差异有统计学意义(z=-2.646,P=0.008)。TST手术组的住院时间明显短于传统手术组,住院费用明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 TST加微创手工处理术治疗环状混合痔的临床效果显著,是临床治疗环状混合痔的理想、可靠的选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effect of TST combined with minimally invasive operation of manual processing and traditional external dissection and internal ligation surgery in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,to investigate the reliable method of clinical effective treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids,so as to provide reference,basis for the clinical treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids and the related research.Methods 172 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids treated in our hospital from December 2010 to April2012 were selected as the study objects,and they were were randomly divided into the TST operation group(n=86) and traditional operation group(n=86),they were respectively given the TST combined with minimally invasive operation of manual processing and traditional external dissection and internal ligation surgery,the clinical curative effect,the hospitalization time and cost in the two groups were compared. Results In the TST operation group,82 cases were cured(95.35%),3 cases(3.49%) were marked effective,1 case(1.16%) was effective,having no invalid cases,while in the traditional operation group,it was respectively 71 cases(82.56%),13 cases(15.12%),2 cases(2.32%),0 cases,the treatment effect in the TST operation group was better than the traditional operation group,and there was a statistical difference in the two groups(z=-2.646,P=0.008).The hospitalization time in the TST operation group was obviously shorter than that in the traditional operation group,the hospitalization cost in the TST operation group was obviously lower than that in the traditional operation group,and there was a statistical difference in the two groups(all P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of TST combined with minimally invasive operation of manual processing treating circumferential mixed hemorrhoids is significant,and it is a ideal and reliable selection treating circumferential mixed hemorrhoids in clinic.更多还原
