【摘要】 目的探讨盐酸氨溴索治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法选取本院儿科2013年1月~2014年1月收治的83例小儿毛细支气管炎患儿,采用数字表抽取法随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=43),对照组给予吸氧、积极抗病毒和抗感染等对症支持治疗方案,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用盐酸氨溴索治疗方案,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为93.0%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组湿啰音、哮鸣音消失时间,氧疗时间及住院时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗小儿毛细支气管炎,具有较高的有效性及安全性,对患儿痰液排出有促进作用,可改善患儿症状、体征,缩短住院时间,提高治愈率,为有效的辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的药物,在常规方案治疗的同时,加用盐酸氨溴索,可确保预后,为患儿正常生长发育提供强有力的保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of pediatric capillary bronchitis. Methods Eighty-three pediatric patients with capillary bronchitis admitted into Department of Pediatrics in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected,and were divided into control group(n=40) and observation group(n=43) by random number table.Symptomatic and supportive treatment like oxygen uptake,active anti-virus and anti-infection was provided to the control group,while therapeutic regimen of ambroxol hydrochloride was added to the observation group on the basis of control group.The clinical effect in the two groups was compared. Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 93.0%,while in the control group,it was 75.0%,with statistical difference(P<0.05).In the observation group,disappearing time of moist rale and wheezing rale,time of oxygen therapy and hospital stay were obviously shorter than those in the control group,which had statistical differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of pediatric capillary bronchitis has high effectiveness and safety and facilitates sputum expectoration.It can better pediatric patient′ s signs and symptoms,shorten hospital stay,and improve cure rate,which is considered as an effective adjuvant medicine on treating pediatric capillary bronchitis.On the basis of regular therapeutic regimen,ambroxol hydrochloride is added in order to ensure a good prognosis and provide strong guarantee for pediatric patient′s normal growth and development.更多还原
