【摘要】 目的评估阿立哌唑与利培酮对女性精神分裂症患者血清催乳素的影响。方法选取2012年6月~2013年6月本院收治的67例患者,将患者随机分为阿立哌唑组(n=33)、利培酮组(n=34)。阿立哌唑组、利培酮组分别接受阿立哌唑、利培酮口服治疗,2次/d,观察疗程3个月。于治疗前,治疗后1、2、3个月测定血清催乳素浓度,并评定对月经的影响。结果两组治疗后的PANSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后的PANSS评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后1、2、3个月的血清催乳素浓度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论阿立哌唑对女性精神分裂症患者血清催乳素的影响较小,适合于对女性精神分裂症的治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the influence of the influence of aripiprazole and risperidone on serum prolaction in female patients with schizophrenia. Methods 67 female patients with schizophrenic treated in our hospital from June2012 to June 2013 were selected and they were randomly divided into the aripiprazole group(n=33) and the risperidone group(n=34),they were administered corresponding oral medications two times a day for 3 months.Serum prolactin concentration before treatment and after 1 month,2 months,3 months treatment were detected and the effect on menstruation was evaluated. Results There was no statistical difference in PANSS score between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was a statistical difference of PANSS score before and after treatment within group comparison(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between two groups in effect of treatment(P>0.05).There was a statistical difference in serum prolactin level between the two group after 1 month,2 months,3 months treatment. Conclusion Aripiprazole seldom has smaller influence to serum prolactin level of female patients with schizophrenia,and was suited to be taken by female patients with schizophrenia.更多还原
