【摘要】 目的观察疏肝解郁胶囊治疗产后抑郁症的临床效果及安全性。方法将96例产后抑郁症患者随机分为研究组(n=48)和对照组(n=48),研究组口服疏肝解郁胶囊,对照组采用氟西汀进行治疗,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效及不良反应。结果研究组有效率为87.5%,对照组有效率为89.6%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后HAMD评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.01),但两组间评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组TESS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组失眠发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论疏肝解郁胶囊治疗产后抑郁症疗效与氟西汀相当,且不良反应明显少于氟西汀。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Shuganjieyu capsule in the treatment of postpartum depression. Methods 96 cases of patients with postpartum depression were randomly divided into research group(n=48)and control group(n=48),research group were given with Shuganjieyu capsule,control group were given with fluoxetine.The curative effects were assessed with Hamilton depression scale(HAMD,17-item),the adverse reactions were assessed with treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS). Results The effective rate of research group was 87.5%,the control group was 89.6%,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of HAMD in both groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of TESS in research group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05),the incidence of insomnia in research group was lower than that in control group(P<0.01). Conclusion The efficacy of Shuganjieyu capsule is similar to fluoxetine in the treatment of postpartum depression.The adverse reactions of Shuganjieyu capsule is lower than than flouxetine.更多还原
