【摘要】 目的研究激素序贯疗法治疗活动期类风湿关节炎的效果。方法选取本院2012年8月~2013年8月收治的90例活动期类风湿关节炎患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。两组患者均给予甲氨蝶呤片和柳氮磺胺吡啶片口服,在此基础上,对照组加用口服泼尼松片,观察组采取激素序贯疗法治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组的晨僵时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组的疼痛消失时间、肿胀缓解时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1、2周后,观察组的RF、ESR、CRP指标与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗1个月后,观察组的上述相关指标与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论激素序贯疗法治疗活动期类风湿关节炎的效果较好,缓解症状迅速,早期效果明显,值得临床借鉴和推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of hormone sequential therapy in the treatment of active-stage rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods 90 patients with active-stage RA admitted into our hospital from August 2012 to August 2013were selected and randomly and evenly divided into the observation group and the control group.Patients in both groups were provided with methotrexate tablet and sulfasalazine tablet for oral administration.On the basis of these two drugs,metacortandracin tablet for oral taking was added in the control group,while in the observation group,hormone sequential therapy was adopted.The therapeutic effect in both groups was observed. Results There was no statistical difference of the time of morning stiffness in the two groups(P>0.05), pain disappearing time,swelling alleviating time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). After 1,2 weeks treatment,there was a statistical difference of RF,ESR,CRP in the two groups(P<0.05), after 1 month treatment,there was no statistical difference of above-mentioned indicators in the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Hormone sequential therapy can obtain a better effect in treatment of active-stage RA.It has advantages of symptoms alleviated quickly,obvious effect at an early stage,and it is worthy of clinical reference and expansion.更多还原
