【摘要】 目的探究产后定时按摩对预防产后出血的作用。方法选取2011年2月~2014年2月本院收治的孕妇196例,将其随机均分为实验组和对照组,各98例。对照组在胎儿娩出后,即予以产妇缩宫素10 U及常规护理。实验组在对照组基础上,予以产妇定时子宫按摩。观察两组产妇产后2、24 h出血量及产后出血的发生情况。结果实验组产后2 h出血量为(243.21±56.32)ml,产后24 h出血量为(314.28±43.51)ml;对照组产后2 h出血量为(281.47±60.28)ml,产后24 h出血量为(367.93±37.20)ml;两组产后2、24 h出血量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组产后出血发生率为1.0%,低于对照组的5.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产后进行子宫按摩可明显减少产妇产后出血量,并能有效降低产后出血的发生,是临床上预防产后出血十分有效的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of postpartum regular massage on the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 196 cases of pregnant women accepted by our hospital from February 2011 to February 2014 were selected,and were divided into experiment group(98 cases) and control group(98 cases).In the control group,after the baby was delivered,10 U oxytocin was used to the maternal.Based on the control group,regular massage was taken postpartum on the experimental group.Postpartum 2 h,24 h amount of bleeding and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage were observed. Results 2 h postpartum hemorrhage in the experimental group was(243.21±56.32) ml,24 h postpartum hemorrhage was(314.28±43.51) ml;2 h postpartum hemorrhage control group was(281.47±60.28) ml,24 h postpartum hemorrhage was(367.93±37.20) ml,the difference of 2 h and 24 h postpartum hemorrhage between two groups was significant(P <0.05).The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in experimental group was 1.0%,lower than 5.1% of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Postpartum uterine massage can significantly reduce postpartum bleeding,and can effectively reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,which is a very effective clinical preventive measures postpartum hemorrhage.更多还原
