【摘要】 目的探讨血清微量元素与剖宫产切口愈合不良的相关性及护理对策。方法选取2012年1月~2014年3月在本院剖宫产术后发生切口愈合不良的产妇40例作为观察组,同期剖宫产切口愈合良好的产妇40例作为对照组,比较两组产妇的血清微量元素锰、铜、铁、锌含量水平。结果观察组中缺锌18例(45.0%)、缺铁12例(30.0%)、高锰5例(12.5%)、高铜2例(5.0%),对照组中缺锌7例(17.5%)、缺铁5例(12.5%)、高锰1例(2.5%)、高铜0例(0),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清微量元素含量与剖宫产切口愈合不良有关,据此指导孕期的营养支持并设立相应的预防措施,可有效降低剖宫产术后切口愈合不良的发生率,提高产妇的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the correlation of trace elements of serum and undesirable healing of cesarean section incision and the nursing strategies. Methods 40 puerperae occurred with undesirable healing of cesarean section incision from January 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital were selected as the observation group.At the same period,another 40 puerperae with favorable healing of cesarean section incision were chosen as the control group.The level of trace elements like manganese,copper,iron,zinc of serum were compared in both groups. Results In the observation group, there were 18 patients(45.0%) lacking of zinc and 12 ones(30.0%) with shortage of iron.The number of high-manganese and high-copper was 5(12.5%) and 2(5.0%) respectively.In the control group,7(17.5%) participants were lack of zinc,5(12.5%) in shortage of iron,and 1 with in high-manganese.There was no high-copper occurred in the control group.All these indexes mentioned above displayed statistical difference of the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion Trace elements of serum have relationship with undesirable healing of cesarean section incision.Hereby,guidance of nutrition support in pregnancy and the corresponding prevention measures can effectively reduce incidence of undesirable healing of cesarean section incision and improve quality of life in puerpera.更多还原
