微创技术在口腔颌面血管畸形中的应用效果观察
Application effect observation of minimally invasive technology in vascular malformation of the oral and maxillofacial region
【摘要】 目的探讨微创技术在口腔颌面血管畸形中的应用效果。方法选择本院2010年8月~2013年4月收治的口腔颌面血管畸形患者90例,随机分为Ⅰ组30例,Ⅱ组30例,Ⅲ组30例,Ⅰ组以CDU引导行PYM注射微创治疗,Ⅱ组以DSA介导行SAE微创治疗,Ⅲ组为SAE与PYM行联合微创治疗,比较3组的治疗效果。结果Ⅲ组的总有效率为90.0%,分别高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组的70.0%和73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ组的总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采取SAE与PYM行联合微创技术治疗口腔颌面血管畸形,安全有效,治疗程度简单,能有效降低组织创伤,提高患者治疗有效率。
【Abstract】 Objective To discuss application effect of minimally invasive technology in vascular alformation of the oral and maxillofacial region. Methods Ninety patients with vascular malformation of the oral and maxillofacial region admitted into our hospital from August 2010 to April 2013 were randomly divided into group Ⅰ, Ⅱ,and Ⅲ,each group of 30 cases.Minimally invasive therapy of PYM injection under guidance of CDU was applied in group Ⅰ,minimally invasive treatment of SAE guided by DSA was applied in group Ⅱ,joint application of SAE and PYM was applied in group Ⅲ.Therapeutic outcome of three groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in group Ⅲ was 90.0%,higher than that in group Ⅰand Ⅱ(70.0%,73.3%)respectively,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ was compared,with no statistical difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Joint minimally invasive technology of SAE and PYM in the treatment of vascular malformation of the oral and maxillofacial region is effective,safe and simple,can greatly limit tissue trauma and increase therapeutic response rate.
