【摘要】 目的探讨高压氧舱内不同压力治疗出血放射性膀胱炎的临床效果。方法选取45例药物治疗无效的出血放射性膀胱炎患者,将其分为观察组(23例)与对照组(22例),实行高压氧舱内不同压力供氧治疗,观察组采取0.16 MPa,吸纯氧70 min,对照组采取0.1 MPa,吸纯氧60 min,1次/d,持续20~30次。观察尿液中的红细胞计数,发生尿管堵塞及膀胱痉挛的情况,比较两组的总有效率。结果治疗3 d后观察组尿管堵塞率、膀胱痉挛率、尿红细胞计数均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为95.7%,对照组总有效率为77.3%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高压氧治疗出血放射性膀胱炎,采用0.16 MPa比0.1 MPa能有效达到止血效果,降低膀胱痉挛的发生,提高治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of different pressures in hyperbaric oxygen chamber in treatment of hemorrhagic radiation cystitis.Methods Forty-five cases of patients with hemorrhagic radiation cystitis who were ineffective after drug therapy were selected,and divided into observation group(23 cases) and control group(22 cases), treated at different pressures in hyperbaric oxygen chamber.In the observation group,0.16 MPa was selected and oxygen inhalation was lasted for 70 minutes,while in the control group,0.1 MPa was selected and oxygen inhalation was maintained for 60 minutes.The therapy was performed once a day,for 20-30 times.The red blood cell count in urine,occurrence of ureter blockage,cystospasm and total effective rate were observed.Results Three days after treatment,the catheter blockage rate,bladder spasms rate,urinary red blood cell count in the observation group was lower than that of control group respectively,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation was 95.7%, the control groups was 77.3%,the difference was significant(P <0.01).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen set adjusted to 0.16 MPa can obtain an effective hemostatic effect,decrease the occurrence of cystospasm,and improve the cure rate in comparison with that to 0.1 MPa.更多还原
