【摘要】 目的探讨保留单侧肌肉韧带复合体颈椎椎板成形术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床效果。方法选择本院收治的90例脊髓型颈椎病患者,将其按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。两组均行颈后路椎板成形术治疗,对照组患者接受颈后路传统单开门治疗,观察组患者行保留单侧肌肉韧带复合体颈椎椎板成形术治疗,比较两组患者的近期疗效。结果两组的手术时间、术中出血量等围术期指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的JOA评分、VAS评分和NDI评分的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论保留单侧肌肉韧带复合体颈椎椎板成形术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者的生活质量,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of the retention of unilateral muscle ligament complex cervical laminoplasty in the treatment of cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Methods 90 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy admitted into our hospital from were selected and they were divided into the observation group(n=45) and the control group(n=45) according to the random number table method.Laminectomy and posterior cervical angioplasty was conducted in the two groups,the control group was treated with the traditional cervical posterior single open-door, the observation group was treated with the retention of unilateral muscle ligament complex of cervical laminoplasty,the short term efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results There was no statistical difference of intraoperative bleeding volume and operation time and other perioperative period indicators in the two groups;the improvement of JOA score,VAS score and NDI score were superior to those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical effect of the retention of unilateral muscle ligament complex of cervical laminoplasty treating cervical spondylotic myelopathy,it can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,and it is worthy of promotion.更多还原
