【摘要】 目的了解围术期病例抗菌药物的应用情况,评价其用药的合理性,以指导临床合理使用抗菌药。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对本院233例围术期病历应用抗菌药物的品种、联合用药情况、用药时间、疗效等进行调查,并用世界卫生组织推荐的以限定日剂量(DDD)及药物利用指数(DUI)为指标评价医院用药是否合理。结果联合用药占34.76%,二联用药占26.61%,三联用药占8.15%,其中,二联用药以氨基糖苷类联合喹诺酮类为主,统计的12种抗菌药物中有9种DUI≤1.0,有3种DUI稍微超过1.0。结论本院围术期抗菌药使用基本合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the application of antibacterials in perioperative patients and to evaluate the rationality of drug use to guide clinical rational use of antimicrobials. Methods The variety of antibacterials,combined use of drugs,medication time and curative effect of 233 perioperative medical records in our hospital were surveyed by retrospective survey method,the indicators of defined daily dose(DDD) and the drug utilization index(DUI) recommend by WHO were used to evaluate whether the drug rational.
