【摘要】 目的观察微创血肿引流术治疗高血压脑出血的效果。方法选择2007年1月~2013年3月本院收治的高血压脑出血患者462例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组231例。两组均给予常规内科药物治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上,采用微创血肿引流术。比较两组患者的疗效及神经功能缺损程度评分。结果观察组术后1、3个月的神经功能缺损程度评分明显低于对照组,总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创血肿引流术治疗高血压脑出血创伤小,操作简单,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of minimally invasive hematoma drainage in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 462 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from January 2007 to March 2013 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group of 231 cases.Conventional medical drug treatment was used in two groups,minimally invasive hematoma drainage was used in observation group on the basis of conventional treatment.The effects and neurologic impairment score of two groups was compared respectively.Results After surgery of 1,3 months,neurologic impairment score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group respectively,total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive hematoma drainage in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has little trauma,simple operation and better curative effect.更多还原
