【摘要】 目的探讨配镜联合遮盖及精细训练法治疗屈光不正性弱视的临床效果。方法选取本院屈光不正性弱视患儿112例,共186眼,分为A、B、C 3组,A组37例、62眼,B组37例、62眼,C组38例、62眼,A组采用单纯眼镜配戴治疗,B组采用眼镜配戴联合遮盖法治疗,C组采用眼镜配戴联合全日遮盖及精细训练法治疗,观察3组患儿的临床疗效。结果 A组患儿的总有效率为80.65%,B组患儿的总有效率为96.77%,C组患儿的总有效率为100.00%,B组与C组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),B、C两组与A组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论配镜联合遮盖及精细训练疗法治疗屈光不正性弱视的效果较好,操作简便,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ametropic amblyopia treated by glasses with eye-covering and detailed training. Methods 112 patients(totally 186 eyes) with ametropic amblyopia were enrolled and divided into 3 groups,the group A in 37 cases(totally 62 eyes),the group B in 37 cases(totally 62 eyes),the group C in 38 cases(totally 62 eyes).The group A was treated with glasses,the group B was treated with glasses and eye-covering,the group C was treated with glasses,eye-covering and detailed training.The therapeutic effects in these three groups were evaluated. Results The total effectiveness in group A was 80.65%,the total effectiveness in group B was 96.77%,The total effectiveness in group C was 100.00%.There were no differences between the group B and the group C(P<0.05) and there were significant differences between the group B,C and A. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of ametropic amblyopia treat by glasses with eye-covering and detailed training is higher and the method is easy.So it deserves to be promoted widely.更多还原
