铝合金用聚氨酯底漆的制备和性能研究

【摘要】 研制了一种铝合金用聚氨酯底漆。结果表明,添加聚酯树脂,铝合金底漆附着力、柔韧性、硬度和抗冲击强度都得到了改善;硅烷偶联剂能提高涂膜对金属基体的附着力,当硅烷偶联剂的添加量为1%时,涂膜对基材的拉开法附着力为5.88 MPa;不同固化剂对涂膜柔韧性和附着力有影响,当选用N3390作固化剂时,涂膜具有优异的综合性能。所研制铝合金底漆与聚氨酯面漆能满足湿碰湿的施工工艺要求。

【Abstract】 Aluminum polyurethane primers were prepared. Tests results indicated adhesion, flexibility, hardness and antiimpact strength of aluminum primers were improved by adding polyester resin. Silane coupling agent could increase the coating adhesion. When silane coupling agent at 1.0%, the adhesion reached 5.88 MPa. Different curing agents influenced adhesion and anti-impact strength. When N3390 was used as curing agent, the coating exhibited excellent performance. The developed aluminum primer and polyurethane topcoat met the requirements of wet on wet process.
