【摘要】 目的提高临床医师对暴发性1型糖尿病(FT1DM)的认识。方法回顾性分析2003年10月至2012年10月我院收治的FT1DM患者的临床资料。结果患者年龄21~46岁,起病时随机血糖>24.0mmol/L,HbA1c 5.1%~7.6%。1~5d迅速发展至DKA。结论 FT1DM发病急骤,代谢异常严重,胰岛β细胞功能受损严重,易合并并肾、心脏、肌肉等多脏器的功能损害,须引起临床医师的高度重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To better understand fulminant type 1diabetes mellitus(FT1DM).Methods Clinical and laboratory data of patients diagnosed as FDM in our hospital from October 2003 to October2012were retrospectively analyzed. Results(1)The patients aged 21-46years old.(2)All patients developed diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA)rapidly within 1~5days.(3)At the stage of onset,the plasma glucose level was above 24mmol/L,glycosylated hemoglobin ranged from 5.1%to 7.6%.
