甜菜异地光温诱导效应初步研究
Photo-thermal Inducement Effect of Sugarbeet in Offsite
【摘要】 利用光因子诱导甜菜早抽薹结实,将在新疆玛纳斯夏播培育的小母根,当年移至海南栽植,夜间补充光照,迫使自然群体植株分离出正常植株(开花结实)、顽固植株(不抽薹)、无效植株(抽薹不形成花蕾)。其中正常植株抽薹开花率不同年份有所不同,抽薹率最高达76.36%,开花率达73.8%。正常植株比在原地新疆玛纳斯采种可早收获种子110余天。将收获的种子,在玛纳斯第二年3月春播鉴定,植株生长整齐,无抽薹株发生。将顽固植株移至玛纳斯正常栽植,结果继续分离出顽固植株、正常植株。本项研究,旨在通过补充光照,促使甜菜母根顶芽及缩短茎产生新的变异,即将从有复杂遗传背景的甜菜群体,分离出多态性个体,为开拓育种新途径、缩短育种周期、提高育种效率提供科学依据。
【Abstract】 Induction experiment of sugarbeet bolting and fruiting earlier was conducted by light factors. The Xinjiang’ s summer seeding little mother roots were ported into Hainan in the same year, normal plants(flowering and fruiting) under supplementary light at night were separated to stubborn plants(non- bolting) and ineffective plants(bolting and non- bud) from the natural population. There was a bolting rate and flowering rate of the normal plant in different years, the maximal value was up to 76.36% and 73.8%, respectively. The harvest time of normal plant in Hainan by photo-thermal inducement was 110 days in advance of Xinjiang. In the second year, the beet seeds harvested in Hainan were planted on March in Xinjiang, and plant growth showed tidiness and non-bolting occurrence. The stubborn plants in Hainan were transplanted in Xinjiang, they were continuously separated into stubborn plants and normal plants.
