球形YAG∶Ce3+荧光粉的制备及其应用性能

【摘要】 固相法制备了Y2.96Al5O12∶Ce0.04荧光粉,测试了样品的XRD及激发与发射光谱,对样品的结构及其发光性能进行了分析,并且分析了样品的形貌、耐高温高湿及热猝灭性能。结果表明:该荧光粉具有极佳的应用性能,颗粒呈现均匀的球形,表面光滑,具有典型的YAG∶Ce3+的激发与发射光谱,其发射光谱峰值在534 nm。在温度85℃、相对湿度85%RH下老化2000 h后,样品的相对亮度维持在初始的95%以上。热猝灭性实验表明,样品在200℃下,相对亮度保持初始亮度的87.6%。

【Abstract】 Y2.96Al5O12∶ Ce0.04 phosphor with spherical morphology was synthesized by solid state reaction method. The structure and luminescent properties of phosphor were analyzed by using XRD, excitation and emission spectra measurement. The resistance to high temperature and high humidity, the thermal quenching characteristic of asprepared phosphor were also studied. The results show that phosphor present spherical morphology with smooth surface. It exhibit typical spectra of YAG ∶Ce3+, and the emission peak was centered at 534 nm. After 2000 h at 85 ℃, 85%RH the relative intensity of phosphor keep above 95% of initial intensity. the thermal quenching experience showed that the relative intensity of phosphor was above 87.6% of initial intensity at 200 ℃.
