PCD刀具铣削牙科氧化锆陶瓷切削力的试验研究
Study on the Experimental of Cutting Force in Milling of Dental Zirconia Ceramics with PCD Tool
【摘要】 为了揭示氧化锆陶瓷的防裂切削机理,改善加工表面的质量,提高刀具使用寿命,进行了PCD刀具铣削氧化锆陶瓷的切削力试验。通过正交试验设计,建立了切削力与进给速度、切削宽度、主轴转速的数学模型,并进行了方差分析,验证了模型的可靠性。分析了切削用量的变化对切削力的影响。研究表明:切削宽度对切削力的影响程度最大,切削力随切削宽度、进给速度的增加而变大,随主轴转速的提高呈下降趋势。试验的结果将对牙科氧化锆陶瓷等脆硬材料的加工工艺进一步优化提供参考。
【Abstract】 The cutting force experiments in milling of zirconia ceramic with PCD tool were conducted in order to reveal anti-cracking cutting mechanism of zirconia ceramic, improve machining surface quality and increase cutter life. By using the orthogonal experimental design, a mathematical model between cutting force and feed speed, cutting width and spindle speed is established. The variance analysis validates this model. The influence of the change of cutting parameters on the cutting force was analysed. The study showed as follows: cutting width is the biggest impact to the cutting force, it becomes lager with the increasing cutting width and feed speed, and has a downward trend compared with the increase of spindle speed. The experimental results provides reference in further optimizing processing technic of dental zirconia ceramic and other hard brittle materials.
