青藏高原青海田鼠体内囊尾蚴分类学地位的初步研究
Preliminary study on taxonomic status of cysticerci from Microtus fuscus in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau of China
【摘要】 在青藏高原青海田鼠(Microtus fuscus)体内首次发现了一带属绦虫新种的幼虫。形态学研究表明,该囊尾蚴头节具有带属绦虫典型的特征,头节上有2圈钩和4个吸盘。利用线粒体cox1基因序列构建的分子系统发育树分析结果表明,该囊尾蚴与其他带属绦虫的遗传距离相对较远。依据形态学和分子生物学数据,加之其特有的中间宿主和地理分布,该囊尾蚴可明确被鉴定为带属绦虫一新种囊尾蚴,遂将其命名为田氏囊尾蚴(Cysticercus tianguangfui n.sp.或者Taenia tianguangfui larva n.sp.)。
【Abstract】 Taenia tianguangfui(cysticercus)n.sp.in Qinghai voles(Microtus fuscus)from QinghaiTibet Plateau was first recorded.The morphological characteristics were found to be closely consistent with the metacestode of Taenia species with double rows of hooks and four prominent lateral suckers on the large scolex.Phylogenic analysis using the complete cox1gene sequence suggested that this cysticercus should have a further evolutionary distance relative to other Taeniaspecies that have been identified.Based upon morphological data,molecular analysis and the unique intermediate host and geographical distribution,this metacestode was identified as a novel Taeniaspecies,named as Taenia tianguangfui larva n.sp.,or Cysticercus tianguangfui n.sp,although its adult form and definitive host are unknown.
