【摘要】 为筛选天然抗皮癣病真菌新药,观察了姜黄射干栀子(姜射栀)中药组方涂膜剂对家兔真菌皮癣病的疗效。用犬小孢子菌标准菌株人工感染健康家兔,采取有皮肤症状家兔的皮屑、被毛,进行真菌学分离培养及鉴定以确定真菌菌悬液造模成功的最低浓度。采用最低浓度的菌悬液造模。分别用22.5、67.5、202.5g/L姜射栀提取物涂膜剂通过皮肤涂擦法治疗家兔真菌皮癣病,比较观察涂膜剂的疗效。结果显示,通过培养特性、菌落性状、菌丝形态、孢子性状特征等鉴定,确定造模成功的犬小孢子菌悬液的最低浓度为1×108 CFU/mL;67.5、202.5g/L剂量组涂膜剂对家兔真菌皮癣病均有较好的疗效,其中202.5g/L涂膜剂对家兔人工感染真菌皮癣病有治愈的作用。结果表明,姜射栀提取物涂膜剂对家兔人工感染真菌皮癣病具有一定的疗效,为进一步筛选抗真菌外用新药提供了重要依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study was designed to evaluate the antifungal activity of the liniment prescriptions composed of Curcuma longa,Belamcanda chinensis and Gardenia jasminoides in the dermatophytosis mode of rabbits.The rabbits were infected with standard strain of Microsporumcanis.Then,the scurf and coat from the infected rabbits were collected for selecting the lowest concentration with which the fungi could cause infection.The infection model was established with the lowest concentration of fungi.After that,the liniment prescriptions consisted of C.longa,B.chinensis and G.jasminoides at three different concentrations(22.5g/L,67.5g/L and 202.5g/L,respectively)were applied for treatment.In result,the infection model was established with M.canis 1×108 CFU/mL.In the activity assays,the prescriptions at the concentration of 67.5g/L and 202.5g/L exerted a positive effect on diminishing the dermatophytosis caused by M.canis.Moreover,the infection was totally cured with the treatment of the prescriptions at the concentration of 202.5g/L.In conclusion,the prescription composed of C.longa,B.chinensis and G.jasminoides has additively curative effect on fungal skin infection in rabbits.更多还原
