风水沟尾矿库选矿废弃料的现场碾压试验研究
Site rolling test of ore-dressing waste gravels for Fengshuigou Tailing Reservoir
【摘要】 为满足鞍钢风水沟尾矿库增容所需,拟对已建的尾矿坝进行加高,由此需在现有库周围修建副坝,坝型初定为堆石坝,筑坝材料拟采用选矿废弃料。对于堆石坝而言,合理的筑坝材料碾压参数是确保大坝填筑质量、提高堆石体的压实密度及控制坝体变形的关键。本文针对副坝填筑拟采用的选矿废弃料进行现场碾压试验,研究选矿废弃料的压实性能,分析影响筑坝材料压实质量的因素。试验研究表明:筑坝材料的颗粒级配特性对压实质量有显著的影响,碾压8遍后进一步增加碾压遍数对压实干密度的影响不明显。通过对试验结果的综合分析,最终提出了筑坝材料的碾压施工控制参数,为副坝设计和施工提供了技术依据。
【Abstract】 To enhance its capacity,the Fengshuigou Tailing Reservoir will be heightened. Hence,the sad-dle dam for this project,which is composed of ore-dressing waste gravels,is considered. As far as therock-filled dam is concerned,reasonable rolling parameters are important to ensure rolling density and de-formation. Thus,the site rolling test of ore-dressing waste gravels is adopted to study the key factor of roll-ing density. It is demonstrated that the grain gradation of these materials has significant influence on rollingquality. On the other hand,rolling round has little influence on rolling density after 8 rolling round. Final-ly,based on comprehensive analysis of test results,the reasonable rolling parameters of these materials areproposed,which can provide reference for design and construction of saddle dams.
