【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜下输卵管宫角移植术方法。方法选择输卵管间质部或峡部阻塞或妊娠患者,病灶切除后,应用自制输卵管复通钳行输卵管宫角移植术26例作为研究组,并与传统的输卵管移植术26例作为对照组。结果研究组具有皮肤切口小、手术出血少、术后住院时间短,输卵管复通率高、无并发症的微创效果。结论腹腔镜输卵管复通钳能够用于输卵管宫角移植术,优于传统手术方法及现有腹腔镜手术方法,但术后妊娠率及再次宫外孕发生率有待进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】To evaluate the method of laparoscopic transplantation of fallopian tube at horn of uterus.【Methods】In those inpatients of interstitial or isthmic tubal occlusion, as well as interstitial or isthmic pregnancy, 26 cases underwent laparoscopic transplantation of fallopian tube at horn of uterus by a kind of self-made fallopian recanalization forceps after resection of lesions were used as study group. And 26 cases underwent traditional transplantation of fallopian tube were used as control group.【Results】Study group showed more advantages in small incision, little bleeding, short time of hospitalization, and high tubal patency rates. In addition, no complications were seen in study group. 【Conclusion】It is feasible to apply this kind of self-made laparoscopic fallopian recanalization forceps on transplantation of fallopian tube at horn of uterus. This method seems to be better than traditional surgical procedure or laparoscopic surgery. But further research is needed for the rate of conception and ectopic pregnancy after this procedure.更多还原
