红麻、苎麻秆炭化生产烟花爆竹用炭粉实验研究

【摘要】 通过实验得出,连续回转式炭化技术与间隙闷烧式炭化技术相比,可以提高原料出炭粉率,降低炭粉比重,对含炭量影响不大;不同炭化时间与温度明显影响原料出炭粉率、炭粉比重、炭粉含炭量;红麻秆、苎麻秆、亚麻秆炭粉质量明显优于杉木屑炭粉质量,是烟花爆竹用炭粉首选。

【Abstract】 Compared with the intermissive smoldering coking technology,the continuous rotary carbonization technology could improve the output rate of carbon powder,reduced the carbon powder proportion and had little influence on carbon content. Different carbonization time and temperature affected significantly the output rate of carbon powder,carbon powder proportion and carbon content. The carbon powder quality of kenaf cores,ramie cores and flax cores were obviously better than Chinese fir chips,they are the preferred carbon powder for fireworks.
