【摘要】 就地质行业而言,职业地质师职业道德规范是确保公众安全、健康,增加公众信任,创造潜在地质财富的源泉。国外对职业地质师的职业道德非常重视,除了在职业地质师制度相应法规中做出规定外,一些国家或地区的行业协会还制定了专门的职业道德规范。如美国职业地质学家协会(AIPG)、欧洲地质师联盟(EFG)、澳大利亚采矿和冶金协会(Aus Imm)等都对职业地质师道德规范提出了系统而全面的要求,内容包括职业行为、公共利益、对雇主和客户的义务、职业和道德义务、职业礼仪、公平竞争、举报违规行为等。综观发达国家颁布的职业地质师道德规范的目的、内容及处罚等条款,职业地质师除了具备专业知识外,还必须遵循诚实、正直、公正、荣誉等基本原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the part of geological industry, the professional geologist ethics is the source to ensure public safety, health, promote pub-lic confidence, and create potential geological treasure. Geologist professional ethics is attached great importance abroad, besides makestipulations in professional geologist system corresponding laws and regulations, industry associations of some countries or areas alsolay down specific professional ethics. Such as the American Institute of Professional Geologists(AIPG), European Federation of Geolo-gists(EFG), Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy(Aus IMM) all bring forward systematic and all-sided requirements on pro-fessional geologist ethics, including professional behavior, public interest, employer and client obligations, professional and moral obli-gations, professional etiquette, fair competition, irregularities prosecution etc. Overview the articles of objective, content and penaltyetc., to issue professional geologist ethics in developed countries, except professional competence, geologists should comply with basicprinciples of honest, integrity, equity and honor etc.更多还原
