水煤浆烟气脱硫作用机理分析
Analysis of desulphurization mechanism of coal water slurry for flue gas
【摘要】 通过燃煤与燃浆锅炉脱硫效果的分析与比较,论证了水煤浆具有烟道脱硫作用,阐述了水煤浆烟气脱硫作用机理。高温条件下,在除尘器前段烟道脱硫剂吸附水蒸气生成氢氧化物,再与SO2发生反应生成硫酸盐,同时,脱硫剂产生粉化,比表面积增加,提高了固—气反应的接触碰撞机率;除尘器后段烟道烟气温度接近或低于露点温度,脱硫剂表面存在水滴或液膜,在液膜或液滴中,脱硫剂与SO2发生反应生成CaSO3或CaSO4,从而实现了脱硫,减少了SO2排放浓度。
【Abstract】 Through the analysis and the comparison of desulfurization efficiency between coal and slurry combustion boilers,it is proved that the coal water slurry possesses desulfurization effect for flue gas.The desulfurization mechanism of coal water slurry for flue gas was expounded.At the higher temperature,desulphurizer absorbs water vapor to form hydroxidein before the dust collector,which reacts with SO2to form sulphate.The desulphurizer simultaneously become powder,and the increased specific surface area enhances the contact collision probability of gas solid reaction.After escaping from dust collector,the flue gas temperature is close to or lower than the dew point temperature,then water droplets or a liquid film cover the surface of desulphurizer.The calcium in the surface water exists in the form of Ca2+,and SO2is absorbed by the water film through diffusion to convert HSO3-,which reacts with Ca2+to form CaSO3,achieving the desulfurization and the reduction of SO2emission concentration.
