【Abstract】 There are four problems in the post integration of coal industry.First,it is difficult to register and deregister the enterprises.Second,it is essential to enhance the level of corporate governance.Third,enterprise are perplexed by many disputes.Fourth,enterprise are perplexed by local interests.To solve this problems we should carry out assets and capital verification,to improve the corporate governance,to deal with all kinds of disputes perfectly,to positive commitment to social responsibility,and to improve relevant policies.更多还原
