【摘要】 中国现代交通运输业增长质量状态的量化是交通运输业增长质量问题由定性分析转向定量分析的基础。本文从现代交通运输业增长质量的内涵出发,构建出由18个基础指标构成的测度现代交通运输业增长质量的指数,采用主成分分析法确定各指标的权重,通过均值化方法对各指标数值进行无量纲化处理并以基础指标的协方差矩阵作为输入,对2004~2013年中国现代交通运输业增长质量进行测度。结果表明,过去十年间我国现代交通运输业总体层面的增长质量获得了一定程度的提高,但是具体到社会效益、经济效益以及生态效益方面则有不同程度的下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 The quantization of the quality of modern transportation growth in China is the basis for transforming from the qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis of the quality of modern transportation growth in China. Starting from the implication of quality of modern transportation growth in China,the authors develop the index of quality of modern transportation growth in China,which includes 18 basic indices,determine the weight of every index with the help of PCA,appliy dimensionless method to the indices,and takes the covariance matrix of basic indices as the input to measure the quality of modern transportation growth in China from 2004 to 2013. It is showed that,during the past decade,the overall quality of modern transportation growth in China has been increased;but such indices as social benefit,economic benefit and eco-benefit have been decreased.更多还原
