【摘要】 目的观察芍药清肝散对急性前葡萄膜炎的疗效。方法 2011年1月至2012年12月来我科就诊的急性前葡萄膜炎患者100例100只眼,分为2组。观察组50例50只眼予口服芍药清肝散,并予患眼局部抗炎、散瞳等对症治疗;对照组50例50只眼仅予西医治疗。2组治疗7 d,观察疗效。结果观察组显效29例29只眼,有效20例20只眼,无效1例1只眼,总有效率98%。对照组显效18例18只眼,有效25例25只眼,无效7例7只眼,总有效率86%。2组差异有统计学意义(c2=7.63,P<0.05)。结论芍药清肝散可提高治疗急性前葡萄膜炎的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Shaoyao Qinggan Powder on acute anterior uveitis.METHODS One hundred cases of 100 eyes with acute anterior uveitis from January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital,were divided into 2 groups.The observation group of 50 cases 50 eyes received oral Shaoyao Qinggan Powder,topical anti-inflammatory,mydriasis and other symptomatic treatment,while the control group of 50 cases 50 eyes treated by western medicine only.Both groups were treated for 7 days and received clinical observation.RESULTS In observation group,the total efficiency was 98%.The comparison group total effectiveness was 86%.There was a signifi-cant difference between the 2 groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS Shaoyao Qinggan Powder could improve the efficacy in the treatment of acute anterior uveitis.更多还原
