全国地质调查工作部署系统建设与应用
National geological survey deployment information system
【摘要】 工作部署是地质调查工作的"总指挥"。基于SOA(Service-Oriented Architecture,面向服务的体系架构)多层架构,采用国产SuperMap GIS平台、Oracle数据库、基于Web Service的空间数据集成技术、工作流技术、国家地理信息公共服务平台"天地图",开发建设了网络化、便捷化、协同化全国地质调查工作部署信息系统,包括规划部署方案协同编制、年度立项建议编制、立项论证、系统维护和数据更新维护等5个子系统,覆盖工作部署全过程。系统已在全国-大区-省级进行了三级部署和实际应用,实现了地质调查工作部署"一张图",优化了地质调查工作部署方案,提高了部署质量和效率,减少了地质调查重复部署和立项,支撑了国土资源部、中国地质调查局重点工作,取得明显的经济社会效益。
【Abstract】 Deployment plays a leading role in geological survey.Based on the SOA(Service Oriented Architecture),the GIS platform of SuperMap,Oracle,WebService,Workflow technology and the TianDiTu of National Platform for Common GeoSpatial Information Services,we developed the network,convenient and collaborative National Geological Survey Deployment Information System.Five subsystems are included of cooperative compiling of planning and deployment scheme,annual compilation of project proposals,project demonstration,system maintenance and database maintenance,and they covers the whole geological survey deployment process.The system has been installed in three levels of national,regional and provincial and been applied to practical work.Significant economic and social benefits have been achieved,including the geological survey "One Map",optimization of the geological survey work deployment,improvement of deployment quality and efficiency,reduce of project duplication,and supporting the key work of Ministry of Land and Resources of the People’s Republic of China and China Geological Survey.
