鸡白痢沙门菌的耐药性及磺胺类耐药基因的研究

【摘要】 本研究检测分析了珠三角地区鸡白痢沙门菌对磺胺药的耐药性及相关耐药基因,以进一步了解鸡白痢沙门菌对磺胺药耐药性的产生和传播机制。采用微量稀释法检测69株鸡白痢沙门菌分离株对磺胺药的耐药性,PCR检测了磺胺类耐药基因SulⅠ、SulⅡ和SulⅢ在分离株中的分布情况。结果显示,75.4%的受试菌株对磺胺异恶唑产生了耐药性;耐药基因SulⅡ检出率最高(79.7%),其次是耐药基因SulⅠ(33.3%),未能检出耐药基因SulⅢ。提示珠三角地区鸡白痢沙门菌对磺胺药的耐药情况相当严重,磺胺类耐药基因SulⅠ和SulⅡ在磺胺类耐药菌株的产生中起重要作用。

【Abstract】 Antimicrobial susceptibility to sulfonamides and the related resistance genes of Salmonella pullorum from Pearl River Delta region were studied to find out the development of antimicrobial resistance and routes of transmission.Antimicrobial susceptibility was tested by the broth microdilution method,and PCR was used to detect resistance gene SulⅠ,SulⅡ and SulⅢ for sulfonamides in the distribution of isolates. The results showed that 75.4% of the tested strains were resistant to sulfamethoxazole and the resistance gene SulⅡ was the highest(79.7%),followed by SulⅠ(33.3%),the resistance gene SulⅢ was not detected. This study showed that the isolates of Salmonella pullorum from Pearl River Delta region were resistant to sulfonamides,resistance gene SulⅠ and SulⅡ played a very important role in sulfonamides resistant strains.
