【摘要】 目的了解西安市流动人口戒烟现状及其影响因素,进一步为促进控烟干预提供理论依据。方法对西安市1222名流动人口进行统一的问卷调查,描述其戒烟意愿、现在戒烟和戒烟成功现状,并从不同人群特征、流动人口生活工作条件和吸烟观点态度持有情况分析其影响因素。结果本次共调查有效问卷1210份,其中男757人,女453人。西安市流动人口吸烟率为44.0%,有戒烟意愿者比例为80.5%,现在戒烟率为16.2%,戒烟成功率为3.6%。戒烟意愿受职业、工作是否倒班和"每个人都会死亡,为什么不吸烟好好享受"观点态度持有情况的影响(P<0.05)。现在戒烟率受职业、居住类型和吸烟观点(包括"每个人都会死亡,为什么不吸烟好好享受"、"吸烟可以提神、缓解疲劳"、"如果想戒烟做起来并不困难")态度持有情况的影响(P<0.05)。同时戒烟成功率受职业、城乡和"如果想戒烟做起来并不困难"态度持有情况的影响(P<0.05)。结论西安市流动人口具有高吸烟率,高戒烟意愿和低戒烟成功率特点,应针对流动人口戒烟情况,进行控烟干预,从而减少烟草对流动人口的健康危害。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand smoking cessation status and its influence factors among migrant population in Xi’an,and provide theoretical basis for further tobacco control intervention.Methods An unified questionnaire survey was conducted among 1222 migrant persons and the status of quit intention,current quit rates and successful quit rates,different characteristics,living conditions and smoking attitudes of migrant population were analyzed.Results By this survey,there are 1210 effective questionnaires including 757 males and 453 females.Smoking rate of migrant population in Xi’an was44.0%.The rate of quit intention was 80.5%.Current quit rate was 16.2%.Successful quit rate was 3.6%.Quit intention was affected by professional,shift work and the attitudes of"everyone will die,why not enjoy it"(P < 0.05).Current quit rate was affected by professional,living type,and smoking point attitudes including"everyone will die,why not enjoy it","smoking can refresh and reduce fatigue","it is not difficult to quit if you want to do"(P <0.05).Successful quit rate was affected by professional,urban and rural,and"it is not difficult to quit if you want to do"attitudes(P < 0.05).Conclusion There have the characteristics of high rates of smoking and quit intention with low successful quit rate among migrant population in Xi’an.Tobacco control intervention should be implemented according to the smoking cessation status of migrant population in order to reduce tobacco harm to their health.更多还原
