【摘要】 目的了解辽宁省城乡机动车驾驶员安全带使用情况及安全带不使用率在不同人群分布特点。方法本次调查为2009年开展的辽宁省城乡居民慢性病行为危险因素调查一部分。结果辽宁省城乡机动车驾驶员安全带经常使用率分别为53.5%和31.4%,农村者、再婚/离异/丧偶者和饮酒者安全带不使用率明显高于其他人群;在所有农村机动车驾驶员中,62.83%所使用的机动车没有配置安全带。结论辽宁省农村地区应为今后安全带使用干预重点地区,应加大农村居民所使用机动车安全带配置及安全性能的排查工作,同时加强执法和开展宣传教育以增加安全带使用比例。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find out the situation of seat belt wearing among urban and rural drivers in Liaoning Province.Methods Use the 2009 surveillance data on chronic disease risk factors in Liaoning Province.Results The prevalence rates of seat belt wearing frequently in urban(53.5%) is more than rural(31.4%).The prevalence rates of seat belt not wearing were higher among the rural,remarry,divorced,widowed,smoking and driking drivers.The 62.83% of the rural drivers were"haven’t seat belt".Conclusion The rural area of Liaoning province for the next safety belt use intervention in key areas,we should increase rural residents use of motor vehicle safety belt configuration and safety investigation work,and strengthen law enforcement and to carry out publicity and education to increase safety belt use rate.更多还原
