【摘要】 科研机构在建国初期和改革开放初期,为我国研究生教育事业做出重要贡献。随着我国高等教育从精英化到大众化转变,高校的研究生教育发展规模实现了跨越式发展。然而科研机构研究生教育规模在相对逐年减少。从内外部因素分析科研机构研究生教育现状、存在的主要问题与面临的发展困境。从国家教育主管部门、科研机构、科研机构的研究生教育单位三个层面,就科研机构如何理顺内部管理机制,发挥特色优势,获得外部支持,提高研究生教育质量提出建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the early days of new China and the reform and openness, research institutions have made significant contributions to the graduate education in our country. With the transformation of higher education from elite education to mass education, the graduate education of colleges and universities achieves great-leapforward development. However, the scale of the graduate education of research institutions is relatively decreasing year by year. This study analyses current education situation, main problems and development dilemma of graduate education of the research institutions from internal and external factors. Suggestions on how the research institutions could rationalize the internal management system, play special advantage, obtain the external support,and improve the graduate education quality will be provided for the state education departments, research institutions, graduate education units of research institutions.更多还原
