【Abstract】 To promote the personal comprehensive development and adapt to the social need is the fundamental criteria of the quality training in college talents. The core meaning of the quality standards is to promote human subjectivity and social organic facility, which is to establish the scientific value orientation i.e. comprehensive view and fitness concept to promote human freedom full of individual, vivid, lively and comprehensive development.
