【摘要】 基于对1999年至2012年全国优秀博士学位论文作者的高等教育求学路径的研究,探寻优秀博士生成长规律,为我国拔尖创新人才的培养提供参考。经数据分析发现:不同学科、不同性别的全国优秀博士学位论文作者在高等教育阶段学校变动次数、学校类型变迁方面存在显著差异。绝大多数全国优秀博士学位论文作者本硕博就读学校变换一次或没有变化,自然科学学科博士生比人文社会科学学科博士生学校变换次数少。全国优秀博士学位论文作者中本硕博阶段均在"985工程"大学就读的人数最多,硕士生阶段就读学校类型为提升型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the academic path of the top 100 national outstanding dissertation winners over the period from 1999 to 2012, we attempt to probe into these authors’ growth pattern and provide advice for cultivating top-notch innovative talents. Through statistical analysis, we find that the authors with different gender and from different subjects vary greatly in university switching. The vast majority of these authors never switched or only switched once from one university to another during their higher education period. Compared with PHDs of arts and social science, PHDs of science are less likely to change universities. Those who studied at the 985 project universities both in their undergraduate and postgraduate periods occupied the largest proportion of the winners.更多还原
