含大规模风电的电力系统优化调度模型
Optimal Dispatching Model of Power Systems Integrated with Large-Scale Wind Power
【摘要】 为研究发电侧电力市场环境下,大规模风电并网对电力系统运行方式的影响,提出一种考虑风电极端出力时的火电机组竞价开机方法。其核心思想是以等效最小负荷作为竞价容量,确定火电机组的初步开机机组,而后校验初步开机方式能否满足等效最大负荷的要求;如果不能满足要求,则在等效最小负荷时刻弃风,以提高竞价容量,如此直到开机方式可行。此外,建立总购电费用最小的最优潮流模型,采用约束成本变量法和内点法,求解最优潮流模型,并应用算例验证模型和方法的可行性。
【Abstract】 In order to study the influences of large scale wind power integration on power system operation in generation market, a new thermal-unit commitment model is proposed considering the extreme fluctuation of wind power, which takes the minimum equivalent load as the bidding capacity to determine the start-up thermal-unit, and then checks whether the preliminary boot mode can meet the maximum equivalent load, and if not, curtails the wind power at the minimum equivalent load moment to increase the bidding capacity. This process is repeated until the maximum equivalent load is met. An optimal power flow model(OPF) is established with the goal of minimizing the generation cost, and solved with the constrained cost variable method and interior point method. The case study verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the model and algorithm.
