【摘要】 目的应用二维斑点追踪技术(2D STE)评价垂体瘤患者左心室心肌功能。方法选取我院生长激素GH型垂体瘤患者53例;正常人39例作为对照,采用常规超声心动图测量左室构型及功能参数;2D STE测量左室局部及整体圆周、径向及纵向收缩期峰值应变(CS、RS及LS)。结果病例组左房室明显增大,左室肥厚37例(69.8%),舒张功能异常27例(50.9%);左室整体的CS、RS及LS峰值应变显著降低。结论垂体瘤患者存在不同程度的心脏重构及功能改变,2DSTE能有效检测其心肌功能异常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the LV impairment in GH PA patients using echocardiography.Methods We studied 53 PA patients and 39 gender & age matched normal controls.All participants underwent echocardiography and2 D STE.Results The LV and LA size of PA group were increased,accompanied with LV hypertrophy and diastolic dysfunction.The CS,RS and LS strains were significantly decreased in PA patients.Conclusions There were cardiac remodeling and dysfunction in PA patients.2D STE can detect the subtle abnormalities of LV function.更多还原
