【摘要】 目的探讨新生儿环状胰腺的高频超声表现及超声对环状胰腺的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析11例经手术确诊的新生儿环状胰腺的超声图像及临床资料,观察梗阻部位、胰头形态、十二指肠与胰头关系,总结其超声表现。结果 11例新生儿环状胰腺超声均表现为:胰头呈"钳夹"状半环绕十二指肠降部;胰头与十二指肠肠壁分界不清;十二指肠局部受压、管腔突然变细;梗阻近段扩张,远段肠腔充盈差。结论当超声发现有十二指肠梗阻后,胰头呈钳夹状改变且胰头与十二指肠分界不清时,应高度怀疑环状胰腺的可能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of neonates with annular pancreas and their" ultrasound features.Methods Retrospective analysis of ultrasound images of 11 annular pancreas in neonates who were confirmed by surgery was made.The ultrasound features were summarized through observed the obstruction point,the shape of the pancreas and the relationship between the head of the pancreas and the descendant duodenum.Results The ultrasound features of annular pancreas in neonates contain the following contents:the head of the pancreas likes a pliers,and partially surround the descendant duodenum;the boundary between the head of the pancreas and the duodenal wall can’t be recognized;the local of the duodenum was compressed,the proximal intestine of the obstruction was dilatation and the distal was empty.Conclnsions When the "pliers sign" of the pancreas’ s head is discovered,always suspect annular pancreas and look for the second sign;the unsharp boundary between the head of the pancreas and the duodenal wall in the newborn with duodenal obstruction.更多还原
