【摘要】 目的探讨精囊腺囊肿的超声图像表现及诊断价值方法回顾性分析31例经穿刺或手术病理证实的精囊腺囊肿患者的临床特点与超声图像表现。结果 19例先天性精囊腺囊肿患者中,同侧肾缺如8例,多囊肾7例,超声诊断符合率100%;2例诊断为睾丸异位,2例输尿管开口异位未明确诊断。继发性精囊腺囊肿患者12例,其中,炎性9例,术后射精管梗阻3例,均明确诊断。结论超声诊断精囊腺囊肿特异度强,准确度高,可为临床提供准确而有价值的诊断信息。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the performance and value of ultrasonic images in the diagnosis of seminal vesicle gland cyst.Methods A clinical characteristics and ultrasonic images from 31 patients with seminal vesicle gland cyst confirmed by biopsy or surgical pathology were retrospectively analysed.Results In 19 cases of congenital seminal vesicle gland cyst patients,8 patients are ipsilateral renal deficiency,7 patients are polycystic kidney,the coincidence rate of ultrasound diagnosis is 100%,2 patients are diagnosed as ectopic testis and 2 patients of ureteral opening ectopic are not diagnosed.In 12 cases of secondary seminal vesicle gland cyst,9 cases of inflammatory and 3 cases of postoperative ejaculatory duct obstruction are all diagnosed definitely.Conclusions The ultrasonic diagnosis of seminal vesicle gland cyst has strong specificity and high accuracy,can provide accurate and valuableinformation for clinical diagnosis.更多还原
