【摘要】 目的应用瞬时弹性成像系统（FibroScan 502超声诊断仪）对非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）患者肝脏受控衰减系数(CAP^TM)进行检测及分析。方法选取NAFLD患者729例及正常对照组300例,均行腹部超声检查、实验室检查及FibroScan测量CAP^TM值。结果NAFLD组临床资料各项数值均高于正常组,差异有明显统计学意义（P<0.01）,应用FibroScan检查提示NAFLD准确度高于彩超检查（P<0.01）,CAP^TM值与甘油三酯（TG）、空腹血糖（FBG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、硬度值（E）呈正相关（P<0.05）。不同人群特征对失败率存在影响:失败率随BMI升高而升高,老年人测量失败率高于年轻人,女性失败率高于男性,肋间隙狭窄者失败率高（P均<0.01）。结论 FibroScan是目前唯一完全无创、无痛、对肝脏无损伤的评估与监测脂肪肝的量化工具。对脂肪定量具有较高的灵敏度和准确度,对脂肪肝的诊断及定期跟踪随访具有较高的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To applicat transient elastography（FibroScan） on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD） patients with liver controlled attenuation parameters（CAP?） detection and analysis.Methods 729 cases of NAFLD patients and normal control group of 300 patients,underwent abdominal ultrasound examination,laboratory examination and FibroScan CAP^TMmeasurements.Results Numerical NAFLD groups of clinical data were higher than that in the normal group,there was significant difference（P<0.01）,application of FibroScan examination indicated that NAFLD is better than ultrasound（P<0.01）,the CAP^TM value was positively correlated with Triglyceride（TG）,Fasting blood glucose（FBG）.High density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）,The hardness values（E）（P<0.05）.Different characteristics of population impact failure rate:failure rate with BMI increasing,the elderly measurement failure rate is higher than the young people,women’s failure rate is higher than male,the intercostal space narrow high failure rate（P<0.01）.Conclusions FibroScan is currently the only completely non-invasive,painless quantitative,assessment and monitoring of fatty liver with no damage to the liver.For fat quantificationit has high sensitivity and accuracy and in the diagnosis of fatty liver and regular follow-up.更多还原
