【摘要】 农村卫生室的重要作用是毋庸置疑的,但其规范化命名问题一直悬而未决,当前主要表现为国家规定的粗疏和各省市规定的缺失与混乱。应当说,导致这一现状的原因是多重的,既有卫生行政部门监管意识的缺失,亦有立法机关层级偏低的局限,致使农村卫生室的名称难以传递出足够的信息。未来应当通过先行试点的方式逐步积累经验,然后由国家卫生和计划生育委员会制定一部统一的《医疗机构命名管理办法》,以此系统地解决农村卫生室的规范化命名问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The important role of rural health room was not in doubt,but the problem of regulated naming was still in suspense,theinattentive provisions in state and the deletion and chaos of provisions in the various provinces were the two main problems. It shouldbe pointed out, the causes of this situation were multiple, not only the consciousness deficiency of supervision and managementamong the health administrative department, but also the level limitation of legislature, and made the name the rural health roomcould not impress enough information. It should launch a pilot project firstly and accumulate experience,the national health and fam-ily planning commission may draw up a unified administration measures for the naming of medical institution in order to solve thenaming problem of rural clinics systematically.更多还原
