【摘要】 目的了解昆明市社区居民高血压患病情况,以便更好地做好防治工作。方法采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,抽取昆明市社区居民11 396人进行调查,收集被调查者的家庭一般情况、个人基本情况和生活行为情况,并对其进行体格检查。结果社区成年人患病率为21.91%,标化患病率为20.75%。男性患病率为22.12%,标化患病率为21.20%;女性患病率为21.73%,标化患病率为20.33%。社区居民收缩压为(118.87±16.38)mmHg,其中男性收缩压为(120.46±15.47)mmHg,女性收缩压为(117.50±17.02)mmHg;舒张压为(76.85±10.26)mmHg,其中男性舒张压为(78.00±9.83)mmHg,女性为(75.86±10.51)mmHg,男性平均收缩压和舒张压均>女性。高血压患病知晓率为51.98%,服药率为44.57%,血压控制率为17.53%。结论我市社区居民高血压患病率低于全国水平,患病知晓率、服药率和控制率较低,应全面开展社区高血压患者强化分级管理以提高"三率"。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECYIVE To define the prevalence of hypertension among Kunming adults so as to give some suggestions to these peo-ple. METHODS Multi-stage random sampling was used, 1 1396 residents aged 18 above in Kunming were questioned and measuredby trained investigators. Their family and personnal daily living situations were collected. RESULTS Prevalence rate of hypertensionamong community adults was 21.91%, the standardized prevalence was 20.75%. Among which the male’s prevalence rate was22.12%, the standardized prevalence was 21.20%; the female’s prevalence rate was 21.73%, the standardized prevalence was20.33%, systolic blood pressure(SBP) of the sample was(118.87±16.38) mmHg, male’s average systolic blood pressure was(120.46±15.47)mmHg, female’s average systolic blood pressure was(117.50±17.02)mmHg;diastolic blood pressure(DBP) of the samplewas(76.85±10.26)mm Hg. Male’s average diastolic blood pressure was(78.00±9.83)mmHg, female’s average diastolic blood pressurewas(75.86±10.51)mmHg. Male’s average systolic and diastolic blood pressure were higher than the female. The prevalence of hyper-tension awareness rate was 51.98%, treatment rate was 44.57%, control rate was 17.53%. CONCLUSION The prevalence rate of hy-pertension of community residents in Kunming was lower than the national level, but the rates of awareness, treatment and controlwere low. It is needed to carry out a comprehensive classification of hypertension patients in community to strengthen management toimprove the"three rate".更多还原
