【摘要】 目的分析我院5年来剖宫产率上升的原因,探讨降低剖宫产率的相应措施。方法选取2009年1月—2013年12月在我院住院分娩的826例行剖宫产术产妇的病例资料,回顾分析剖宫产率及剖宫产指征变化情况。结果 5年来我院剖宫产率由2009年的11.08%逐年上升至2013年年底的24.59%,社会因素、疤痕子宫及胎儿窘迫是剖宫产率升高的主要原因。结论加强围产期保健知识宣教及产前检查,严格掌握胎儿窘迫等剖宫产指征,加强医患沟通与交流,对降低剖宫产率,提高阴道分娩成功率具有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE The reason analysis of 5 years of increasing rate of cesarean section in our hospital objective,to explore mea-sures to reduce the rate of caesarean section. METHODS From 2009 January to 2013 December in our hospital 826 cases of cesareansection parturients were collected,reviewed the cesarean section rate and changes of cesarean section indication. RESULTS For 5years in our hospital cesarean section rate from 11.08% in 2009 raised to 24.59% at the end of 2013, uterine and fetal distress,so-cial factors scar is the main causes of cesarean section. CONCLUSION To strengthen perinatal health education and prenatal care,fe-tal distress,strictly grasp the indications of cesarean section,to strengthen the doctor-patient communication and exchanges,to re-duce the rate of cesarean section, increase the vaginal delivery has important clinical significance for the success rate.更多还原
