【摘要】 目的探讨有性交痛的子宫内膜异位症患者术后性生活质量相关因素。方法采用一对一访谈式调查方法,对53例有性交痛的子宫内膜异位症患者术后性生活状况进行调查分析。结果术前和术后的性生活频率、性生活满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);影响患者性生活质量的因素包括:年龄、文化程度和手术方式。结论子宫内膜异位症患者性生活质量受多因素影响,手术应以改善患者生活质量为目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study sexual life quality related factors of postoperative patients with endometriosis with sexual intercourse pain. METHODS Using one-on-one interviews survey method to investigate 53 cases of sexual life quality related factros of postoperative patients with sexual intercourse after the surgery. RESULTS Compare the difference of preoperative and postoperative sexual frequency, sexual satisfaction was statistically significant(P<0.05). The influencing factors on the quality of sexual life include:age, culture level operation method. CONCLUSION Sexual life quality of endometriosis patients are influenced by many factors. Surgery should aim at improving patient quality of life.更多还原
