某央企职工平衡膳食知识核心信息知晓情况分析

【摘要】 目的了解央企职工平衡膳食知识核心信息知晓情况,为更有效地开展央企职工平衡膳食健康教育提供方向和重点。方法采取普查方法,对在中粮集团职工食堂就餐的职工,使用统一设计的调查问卷对调查对象进行面对面询问式调查,共调查572人。结果调查对象平衡膳食核心信息总知晓率为55.8%,18~岁组和高中及以下文化程度者知晓率较低。调查对象对食物种类多样化、营养素比例,鱼类脂肪含量一般较低、且含有较多的多不饱和脂肪酸,水果和蔬菜中膳食纤维含量较高,荤素搭配的知晓率较高;而只有57.3%的调查对象知道成年人每日最少饮水6杯(200 ml/杯),53.3%的调查对象知道健康的饮食应该以谷类及薯类为主,50.5%的调查对象知道粗细搭配,50.4%的调查对象知道一日三餐比较适合的能量摄入比例是3∶4∶3,46.7%的调查对象知道我国膳食指南建议"每人每日食盐摄入量不超过6 g",42.5%的调查对象知道常吃适量的鱼、禽、蛋和瘦肉,尤其对"我国膳食指南建议"每人每日食用油摄入量不超过25 g"、"正常成年人体重指数范围"这两条核心信息的知晓率很低,分别为30.8%和25.0%。结论应根据央企职工知晓平衡膳食知识的情况制定相关措施,开展健康教育与健康促进活动并及时评估效果。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the awareness status of key messages on balanced diet knowledge among the central enterprises staff,and to provide the emphases of balanced diet health education. METHODS With general investigation, 572 central enterprises staffs were survey by face-to-face inquiry. RESULTS The awareness rate of key messages on balanced diet among survey central enterprises staff was 55.8%. The groups of aged 18~20, low education level people had lower awareness rate. The majority knew food variety and the proportion of nutrients, fish contains lower fat and more polyunsaturated fatty acid, higher dietary fiber content in fruits and vegetables, agree meat or fish with vegetable. But 57.3% of them knew "adult daily minimum drinking 6 cup(200 ml/cup)", 53.3%of them knew "A healthy diet should be based on cereals and potatoes", 50.5% of them knew "collocation of thickness", 50.4% of them knew "3 meals a day more appropriate energy intake ratio is 3∶4∶3". 46.7% of them knew"China’s dietary guidelines recommend daily salt intake of no more than 6 grams". 42.5% of them knew "Eating moderate amounts of fish, poultry, eggs and lean meat".Especially, only 25.0% of them knew "Normal adult body mass index range". Only 30.8% of them knew "China’s dietary guidelines recommend daily intake of no more than 25 grams of edible oil". CONCLUSION According to the awareness status on balanced diet among central enterprises staff, mobile policies should be established and omneity activities should be carried out and evaluated in time.
