【摘要】 目的提高对原发性干燥综合征患者继发转化型非霍奇金淋巴瘤的认识。方法报告1例原发性干燥综合征继发转化型非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者并进行文献复习。结果原发性干燥综合征患者继发黏膜相关淋巴瘤较多见,但继发转化型淋巴瘤在临床上较为罕见,易误诊,需经过再次活检证实。结论原发性干燥综合征患者易继发淋巴瘤,应该重视继发转化型非霍奇金淋巴瘤,并应根据病理采用合适的治疗方案,以期获得较好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the conversion of patients with primary Sjogren’s syndrome secondary transformed non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Methods One case of patients with primary Sjogren’s syndrome secondary transformed non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma was reported and the related literatures were reviewed. Results Secondary mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue was common in primary sjogren’s syndrome secondary,but the transformed lymphoma was rare in the clinical.It was easily misdiagnosed, and subject to re-biopsy confirmed. Conclusion Patients with primary Sjogren’s syndrome secondary to lymphoma easily,and should pay attention to secondary transformed non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma,and select the appropriate treatment according to the pathological in order to obtain a better therapeutic effect.更多还原
