水分胁迫对芒草种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响
Effect of PEG on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Miscanthus sinensis
【摘要】 以不同浓度的PEG-6000对不同地理种源的芒草种子进行水分胁迫,研究不同胁迫浓度下种子的萌发特性和幼苗生长情况。结果显示:(1)低浓度(5%)胁迫有利于增加种子活力,随着PEG浓度的升高供试芒草种子活力指数、发芽势、发芽指数和发芽率出现不同程度下降;(2)随着胁迫浓度的增加,胚芽和胚根的生长均受到不同程度的抑制,胚根长/胚芽长大致呈现先下降再上升的态势;(3)相对发芽率、相对发芽势、相对发芽指数、相对活力指数、相对胚根长、相对胚芽长等抗旱指标随着胁迫浓度的增加而降低,但不同种源表现出不同的降低幅度;(4)利用隶属函数法对供试芒草种子的抗旱性进行综合评价,其排序结果与单项抗旱指标反映的情况一致。
【Abstract】 The seeds germination and seedling growth under drought stress with PEG of different concentration were studied.The result showed that 1)the seed vigor were improved by low content PEG(5%) and with the increase of PEG content,seed vigor index,germination index,germination energy,germination rate appear downtrend.2)The growth of embryo and radicle were inhibited with PEG concentration increasing,taking on the trend of rising first then dropping.3)With the PEG concentration increasing, relative germination rate,relative germination energy,relative germination index,relative vigor index, relative radicle length,relative plumule length toke the trend of dropping and different provenance showed different lower amplitude.4)Based on subordination function method,the drought resistance order of six Miscanthus sinensis seeds was in according with individual drought resistance index.
