【Abstract】 In order to improve the quality of data and solve the existing problems of the home pages in medical records, our hospital carried out new strategies for the data quality control. Five measures were applied to establish a more scientific and effective management model and promote the management reform of home pages in medical records, including adding the attached pages to the home pages in medical records, intervening and controlling by designed computer program, establishing the multiple internal communication, tracking and improving the quality by rectification notice and providing perfect writing services. These measures guides the data work of home pages in medical records and solves the practical problems of the data management of our hospital. With the continuously development of home pages data, the information data of medical records become more accurate and complete, which could be used as a basis for performance and leadership decision-making. Featured by management ahead, task refinement and supervision all-round, the management work of the home pages in medical records could be more complete, orderly, standardized and scientific.更多还原
