【摘要】 目的探寻一种适合口腔科医生进行个人病例管理的软件方法。方法通过网络数据库汇总,结合我科常用个人病例管理方法,总结出临床上常见的四种方法(Excel、文件夹、Excel结合文件夹、数据库软件),并对研究结果进行定性分析,比较优劣。结果 Excel对文本资料具有强大的管理和分析能力;文件夹实现了多种类型资料的简单归类整理;Excel结合文件夹则通过简单的"超链接",可以较好的实现个人病例管理的基本需要;数据库软件对于庞大的、多元化的病例资料具有科学,高效的管理能力。结论以上方法均存在不足,临床工作中应根据实际情况尽量做到扬长避短,目前尚缺少一种兼顾功能和操作的方法,Excel文件夹对于口腔医生个人病例管理有一定的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 objectives To seek for a software of managing personal cases which can be applied by the dentists. Methods Based on the network database summary and the combination of common personal case management methods, the comprehensive summary of the software was conducted from the qualitative analysis of the research. Results With Excel, folders, Excel combining folders, database software(Epidata, Acess and EndNote), the personal cases could be managed effectively. Conclusion In the application of oral medicine, each personal case management software had its advantages and disadvantages, Excel combining folders might be the most appropriate method of the dental doctors.更多还原
